Refund policy

Thank you for shopping at DIA DIA Beauty Studio!

We want you to love your purchase. However, due to the nature of skincare and cosmetic products, all sales are final.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at:
beauty.studio@diadia.ca

Make sure to include:
• Your order number
• Photos of the product and packaging
• A short description of the issue

We will review your request, and if approved, we will offer a refund or replacement.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
• Opened or used cosmetic products
• Items without original packaging
• Masks, creams, serums, and any skincare products applied to the skin

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of placement.
After shipment, cancellations are not possible.
